Chris Kronzer

Chris Kronzer grew up in many cities across the U.S. and England, however, he spent most of his childhood in McLean, VA. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a BS in Computer Science. During his time at UGA, Chris met his wife, Kate Brumley, and they married at First Scots Presbyterian Church in Downtown Charleston in 1992. A couple of years later, the two moved to Charlotte where Chris joined a technology consulting startup company. Chris and Kate raised their 3 children in Charlotte while he continued to lead high-performing sales teams at three different startup companies and was also a top producer at each firm.

After spending countless weekends camping and exploring their family property, now known as The Retreat, the Kronzers decided it was time to move to their own slice of heaven. They currently reside on Sullivans Island where they enjoy boating, fishing, golfing and spending quality time with family and friends.

Chris and his family have deep roots in Daniel Island as their family bought the island in 1997 and have watched it evolve since then. He taught his kids to fish, crab, shrimp, and hunt while preserving the beauty of Daniel Island. Chris is ecstatic to share his love and knowledge of Daniel Island and beyond with all of his current and future clients. Having a strong passion for architecture, real estate, and residential renovations makes him an unparalleled candidate for all of your real estate needs.
