It only took Carey Tipple one visit to Charleston to determine that she wanted to make her home here. Her husband Sean, a graduate of the College of Charleston, took Carey on a road trip from their Ohio home to participate in the popular Cooper River Bridge Run several years ago. “We came back to Charleston the following weekend, and ended up moving here a month and a half later,” says Carey.

It was thanks to Daniel Island Real Estate that the Tipples were able to find a home that they adored. “They also made the entire purchasing and building process very easy,” she says. “The level customer service that we received, and the wonderful people that I dealt with during the process left me wanting to become a part of this team and this community.”

Once they moved in, Carey found the Daniel Island community to be especially supportive. “We are not originally from this area, so it is comforting to live in a community where everyone comes together to assist those who might need help.”

The Tipples look forward to raising their baby daughter in this family-friendly community. “She will attend the Daniel Island Academy for pre-schoool and graduate to the Daniel Island School for her elementary education,” Carey says proudly. “I feel so fortunate that she will grow up in a community with such great resources.”
